Standard Card Returns

We accept returns on unused, non-customized standard cards within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:
   •    The item must be unused and in its original condition.
   •    It must be returned in the original packaging.
   •    Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bettercardsnow.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for how and where to send your item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Custom Card Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom cards, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where:
   •    The item arrives damaged or defective
   •    There is a printing error caused by us

If there is an issue with your custom card, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bettercardsnow.com, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
