Better Cards Now is operated by Better Cards, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file no. 10108882). This policy explains what we collect when you browse the site, request a quote, design a card, or place an order, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Orders and quotes: name, business name, email, phone, shipping address, order contents, and messages you send with a quote request.
• Payment: payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive order and payment confirmation details but do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Card designs: artwork, logos, text, and images you upload or create in the design studio, retained so we can produce your order and support reorders.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) kept for security and reliability. Your cart is stored in your own browser.

AI design tools

The card design studio offers optional AI-assisted design features. Prompts and images you submit to those features are sent to third-party AI providers to generate suggestions. AI output is automated and may contain errors — review your proof before approving production. We do not use your designs to train third-party models beyond what is needed to provide the feature.

How we use information

• Produce and ship your card orders and respond to quotes
• Provide support, proofs, and reorder history
• Operate, secure, and improve the site
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA). We share information only with service providers who act on our instructions — payment processing, card production, shipping carriers, hosting, and email — for legal reasons if required, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the EEA/UK under the GDPR/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for support, reorders, warranty, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
