At Better Cards Now, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for both standard and custom card orders.
Standard (non-custom) cards
We accept returns on unused, non-customized standard cards within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in resalable condition and packaging is intact where applicable.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for how and where to send your item.
Custom and design-forward orders
Because custom orders are produced to your specifications, they are generally non-refundable once production has started. If there is an issue with your custom order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], and we will work with you to resolve defects or manufacturing errors promptly.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement shipment.
